Mexico 09

Well... we have made it home safely from our cruise to CozyMel, Mexico. We went for 5 days and 4 nights. We traveled with Cranival Cruise Line, the Ecstasy Vessle. I have plenty of bad a good to say.
First off I traveled with my friend and neighbor along with her nine year old daughter. We are both single mom's so the fact that we were able to take a trip like we did is amazing and a blessing from God. We have the best little girls two mom's could ask for. Even though the age difference is nine and three they played together wonderfully.
We spent most of our time in our swimsuits and eating, never a good combo, but that was also part of the plus of traveling with a girlfriend. We had a wonderful time at our sit down dinners and never turned down dessert.
CozyMel was undeniably the works of God. I looked out at the water and it was electrifying. I have to admit I got a little choked up looking out over the ocean. I feel like I have the best life a girl could ask for. Sure some people might think different because I am in this all alone but it's the times in life when you get to slow down and take a breath to realize how good life is. I watched Bella play in the sand and wished I could freeze time. Unfortunatley too soon I had to truck it back, all the way back to the ship with a cranky no nap three year old. Back to reality.
Don't let me fool you the trip was also tough. Most days there were no naps and in the tight quarters we stayed in with a total of four girls made in challenging at times.
My girlfriend and I both were able to get massages that were better than anything I have ever had at any spa or resort. It was worth every penny. I am so thankful to have a friend who is my age with a solid life, good mother, Christian woman who is trying to live a good life for herself and her daughter.
Thank you God for blessing my life to be able to share some of the beauty you have made in this world and for the treasured time you gave me with my Bella. I am in aww of your creations and and inspired to see more.
